‘Wildly rooted women’ is a gathering of women, where Heart meets Earth, around the hearth of the fire (at WildGuernsey) to remind ourselves that our inherited need for our own Wild-ness needs to be reclaimed and met.
Soul craft a safe space for our inner and outer selves to weave back home, to us. Being with Nature and your own belonging provides an opportunity for deepening and potential for profound change.
Gathering throughout the year, every 2 weeks at Les Caches Farm or WildGuernsey. Held and facilitated by Tara, with a choice for a land-based settling-in at WildGuernsey staying under the stars for a two night retreat in May and September when opting for a season bundle.
Time together will include:
Resourcing up and replenishing through breath, sound, touch, song and movement to embody and re-connect.
Gently and courageously journey with your nervous system, accessing your aliveness and pleasure. Experience deep rest and a home-coming safety in your body in a trauma-informed space
Work with wild plants and the medicine that they bring
Celebrate and honour the cycles within and around you to once again tune into what you know, and free up space to welcome what you have yet to know.
