A Guernsey charity is run by people who have have/or have had mental health problems for the benefit of all adults with mental health problems in Guernsey. We draw on our personal experiences of mental health problems and skills that we have learned to help support and advise people in the community.

The L’Vair Project currently runs weekly drop in sessions to provide individuals with an opportunity to talk in confidence to someone who has been through similar experiences about any mental health issues that are affecting that individual’s wellbeing.

As well as these sessions, The L’vaïr Project organises social gatherings, events and outings for its users to help improve their well-being and confidence.

We meet on a Saturday morning at the Mind Centre (opposite the Fire Station) between 9.20 and 12, all are welcome to pop in and have chat and a cuppa. This can be either with the group or for a one to one private chat.
