Lifefit is an Exercise Referral Scheme held at Beau Sejour that provides supervised exercise classes to help improve people’s physical and mental health.  It is aimed at helping people with both short term and long term illnesses including obesity, osteoporosis, arthritis, joint replacement, controlled diabetes, hypertension, COPD, asthma, stress, anxiety and depression.  It is a subsidised service and people can join the scheme by referral from their Doctor and/or Clinical Nurse Specialist.   On referral you will be allocated a space in a class that matches your ability and a class time that most suits you.
