In-dependence is a Guernsey charity helping people whose lives are affected by drug and alcohol use or gambling addiction.
We are dedicated to providing a non-judgemental service to anyone affected by drug or alcohol problems.
We work with adults who are themselves experiencing problems or are affected by someone’s drug, alcohol use or gambling.
In-dependence provides a safe place for people to explore their situations and what they may need to consider to make positive change a reality.
If you do not consider yourself to have an addiction but are becoming concerned about your drug or alcohol use or gambling addiction, we can work with you.

Our Services
Our services are free and confidential and range from awareness raising to individual work where the focus is on behaviour change.
