Guernsey Housing Association
Guernsey Housing Association offers a variety of housing including social rented housing; homes sold as partial ownership for local people on lower incomes who cannot afford to buy in the private housing market; extra care housing where there is a need for some care and support; and key worker housing. We have also built properties for people with autism in collaboration with HSC.
We strive to provide good quality affordable housing for local people who struggle to access the private housing market. Our properties built since 2009 have been constructed to be highly energy-efficient, reducing resident’s fuel costs.
Guernsey Housing Association is a not for profit company and is not part of the States of Guernsey but is part-funded by the Committee for Employment and Social Security (CESS), helping to deliver the States Corporate Housing Programme. The organisations work together to provide social housing to meet the needs of local Guernsey people including single people, couples, families and older people.
