Daniel White (MSc, BSc, ANutr) is a Registered Nutritionist and Health Coach.
As a nutritionist and health coach, Daniel’s task is to work as a supportive guide, mentor and wellness authority. He helps individuals to feel their best by assisting them to make nutrition & lifestyle changes, through the development of cooperative coaching programmes and action plans that are tailored to the needs of each individual client.
Bodily imbalances are often influenced by environmental factors such as chronic stress, sedentary lifestyles, sleep deprivation, nutrient deficiencies and toxins. Each of us are unique, therefore, consideration of individual health history, current health status, health goals and living environment is a priority.
