Adult and Children’s Outreach Service

The outreach service provides tailored and comprehensive support to individuals affected by autism within the community.

Established in 2012, the aim is to enable the individual to manage autism so that they can have a positive and fulfilling life – making choices that are right for them.

The Team sometimes uses the Outcome Star to focus on the areas in which an individual may need support. This involves a series of steps and is called the ‘Journey of Change’. Not everyone starts at the beginning and not everyone gets to the end, but everyone can make progress.

We adapt our services to the individual’s needs. No person is the same and that is something we respect and value.
