Young Carers are young people aged 18 years and under who live with someone who has been diagnosed with an illness, disability, mental health diagnosis or drug and alcohol misuse.
A young carer can be offering emotional support, helping around the house or with siblings.
The Youth Commission offers both 1-2-1 support and group support.
