Our Volunteers and staff can trade up to 3 hours of their time per week in our Health Connections Timebank, increasing support for themselves, whilst, building a stronger more supportive community where everyone can contribute.
All you need to do is join our network of signposting Community Connectors, provide one to one or group support, advocacy or coaching as a Health Connector, become a voluntary driver, fund-raise or help in our offices or shops.
One hour of your time with us earns you one credit from our Timebank! You can bank those credits and exchange them for learning new skills, attending a class or event, receiving practical help or respite, DIY, IT or gardening support and much much more!
Your work colleagues, friends and relatives can also support our work at Health Connections by banking their time and skills directly (e.g helping with homework , doing accounts or just playing or chatting with someone who needs company!), enabling all people to access support that helps them live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.
