Hi, I am Lynne Roscrow, a Clinical Sport & Remedial Massage Therapist specialising in scars and soft tissue injury.

My passion is to help people find ease of movement and reconnect with their body after trauma.

I work with people and their scars, helping the body let go of tension and trauma after surgery, injury, illness or accident.

I am a full member of the SMA (Association of Soft Tissue Therapists) and am on the CNHC register (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). I have also completed the MHFA (Mental Health First Aid) training and a Trauma Awareness training to enable me to provide a really safe space for you. Even if you choose not to share some more in depth personal thoughts and feelings, know that you are never judged and there is no obligation to share. I am not a qualified counsellor, but I do listen and I will help point you in the direction of a qualified professional if needed.
