Sustainable growing and a deep seated respect for the natural world sits at the heart of Jamblin Flower Farm.

Providing you with seasonal blooms, grown not flown on our wonderful Island.

We are proud to be promoting the British Slow Flower Movement, choosing seasonal local blooms over, often unsustainably grown, imported flowers. Our flowers are all grown from seed, tuber, or bulb #OnJamblinFarm, a small scale flower farm in the Vale.

We don’t use herbicides, pesticides or artificial fertiliser at the farm, relying instead on more traditional methods and natural sources, like vraic from our local beaches, to improve our soils. We believe that the risk of the occasional hitchhiker in your bouquet is a small price to pay for working with the magic of nature. Ensuring our flowers act as a support and not a stopper to our native wildlife.

Along with cut flower beds, we also plant a pollinator patch annually to act as a more consistent source of blooms for pollinators, as well as a gauranteed source of seeds for migrating birds in Autumn/Winter.

2020 is our first year providing cut flowers, follow us on our mission to more sustainable, locally grown blooms!
