Health Visiting, School Nursing & Children’s Community Nursing Services

Universal health services for children aged 0 – 18 years and their families, including immunisations, feeding and sleeping advice, for instance. If we do not know the answer, we know someone who does! The Children’s Community Nursing Team offer support for children and their families with long term conditions as well as short term nursing interventions as required.

We deliver services at Lukis House, Grange Road, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2QG and in various venues including client’s homes and other venues in the community including the other islands.

Our services are FREE and FREE TO REFER ONTO SPECIALISTS IF NEEDED.
