Exercise Roadshow – Classes For Everyone

Janine Bailey and Faye Spencer are taking exercise into the community and beyond.

Classes for everyone including adapted chair based exercise.

We also do exercise workshop parties, demos, groups and presentation live via zoom.

Classes include: Dances Move by Dance Fit, Paradise, Bhangra Blaze, Funky Step, Powerbands, Xena, Rock Box, Bokwa, Power mats and Meditation.
