This month we are holding our first Community Connector training event on Saturday 26th October from 11am-1.30pm at The Sark Sanctuary in Sark.
FREE Community Connector training is for anyone who wishes to be an even more active citizen.
Community Connectors have raised awareness of the 5 ways of wellbeing, the social model of care and our directory of local support and services.
This training equips you to connect members of your community to support that matters to them.
Without Community Connector training, fewer people in our community would find the support that matters to them.

Health Connections LBG aims to have a positive influence on people in the Bailiwick of Guernsey by enabling them to be connected to information and support that helps them live healthier, happier and more fulfilled lives.
We will support people to actively participate in managing their own and others (if they are Carers), health, care and wellbeing in ways that matter to them.
