On occasions, would like to contact third parties to directly facilitate your transport.  Examples of this would include:

• Speaking to a doctor’s surgery or other receptionist to confirm appointments or timings. We will not discuss medical issues other than those referring to your mobility or health which directly affects your transport. 

• Arranging for a wheelchair at a destination.

• Contacting third parties where there are delays in picking you up or collecting you.

We intend to work with partner transport services on the Island.  This may be due to a partner having a more appropriate vehicle or driver availability. We wish to pass your information to these services should that be required to facilitate your transport and the necessary administration of it.
