Adult Disability Services
The service is available to adults over the age of 18 who have significant difficulty with intellectual functioning, communication and/or daily living skills. https://www.gov.gg/adultdisabilityservices
Referrals can be made by your GP, family or Health Care professional. More information can be found here.
For Adults 18 and above to access any area of the Adult Disability Service you will need to contact the team at St Martins Community Centre by calling 01481 230000 or by email HSC.ADSESAdminTeam@gov.gg

- Community Learning Disability Team
- Day and Short Break Service
- Drop-Ins
- Short Break Service (Respite) Services
- Supported Employment

- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Team
