Our off-island support team provide one-to-one support and up to date hospital packs for people in the Bailiwick going to the UK for treatment or care.
Our team are happy to answer any questions about the process of referral, grants, accommodation, travel arrangements etc and can put you in touch with the right people if you have concerns or difficulties navigating the system.
