Who are Community Connectors?
Anyone who is interested in finding out more about what local community support can be a Community Connector.
Community Connectors come from all walks of life e.g. health and social care providers, hairdressers, taxi drivers, librarians, church leaders, education and support providers, community centre managers, carers and members of the public
Community Connectors are NOT volunteers but Active Citizens who help friends, family, colleagues and neighbours find a new activity or a support group to help them live a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life.
The Role of a Community Connector
You can become a Community Connector by attending a 2 hour FREE training course. The dates of the forthcoming courses are on our home page of their website.
