We offer adult relationship counselling for couples and individuals in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment with fully trained professionals.

We see people who are over 16 years old, regardless of their age, background or sexual orientation.

We also offer psychosexual therapy counselling.

Phone to make an evening or daytime appointment, or fill in the Contact Us form on the website. If you leave a message on our confidential answer phone, your call will be returned discreetly. We will not leave a message with anyone else if you do not answer our call.

We have use of an accessible counselling room nearby, with some parking facilities, for those clients with mobility issues and those who find stairs difficult.

Cost: We ask for a contribution towards the cost of our service (currently up to £60 for adult relationship counselling and £70 for PST but people pay what they can responsibly afford, there is no means testing and people contribute what they can)
