With all the uncertainty currently swirling around the island, it’s more important than ever to maintain a healthy body and mind. And while there’re plenty of exercise apps and free workouts streaming online, getting outside for a breath of fresh air and some daylight should be part of your daily routine. If you have the ability to walk and are not quarantined or in isolation, you should go for even a short walk at least once a day.
Be considerate of other walkers, runners and bikers – maintain social distancing rules. Think about the time of day you’re going (off-peak times, like early in the morning or late at night, often see fewer people) or try to find a route which you’ve not taken before!
