ER started as a little project when Janine was studying to be a health trainer. The aim was to make exercise, health and wellbeing fun, the journey then continued further after she qualified.

Exercise and Fitness, became a really fantastic way to bring people together for us. With the help and support of Fay we have developed and reached out to community members in and around Derbyshire and throughout the UK and the Channel Islands.

Together we make up the ER team, and we would like you to be part of the Exercise family too!

So stroll on up or boogie on down to some of our great events boost your health, fitness and well being and that of others as well. New classes are springing up all the time and we are sure you will find one that you love. Don’t forget some of the most important benefits for our community members are the social aspects of ER so if nothing else have a chat with us over the Facebook page or at the classes meet new friends along the way and journey with us…
