Contact Donna to book a class or your health professional may refer you through social prescribing to FitSteps community classes which are held at Styx on Wednesday mornings.

BodyCombat – A simple martial arts class using tradional moves taken from boxing, karate, tai kwondu to name but a few for an all over workout.

Step Fitness – Great workout for butts and thighs. Low, medium or high intensity to suit you. Inspiring music and easy to follow choreography.

Core & Restore – A class that stretches both mind and body, with the use of tubes and soft balls for strengthening upper and lower limbs leaving you feeling calm and refreshed

Fitsteps – A fitness class like no other! A routine that is “Strictly Fun”. Learning traditional Ballroom and Latin moves rotating round to fantastic music.

FitStep FAB – a low impact dance fitness devised ‘For All Bodies’
