I offer indoor pool based SUP Yoga classes during the colder/winter months, and outdoor SUP Yoga practice at various beaches during the warmer months. I also provide Complementary Health Therapy and practice remedial reflexology, holistic body massage, and aromatherapy treatments.
Indoor SUP Yoga happens at Les Beaucamps High School.
Outdoor SUP Yoga usually happens at Cobo beach or Petit Bot Beach
Complementary Health Therapy happens at Diamond on the Island, 22 Le Bordage, St Peter Port
