The 8 Week Mindfulness Stress Reduction Course (MBSR) is an evidence-backed worldwide programme that uses meditation and movement practices to help us come more fully into the moment. It promotes a sense of peacefulness and calm and also gives deeper insight into yourself and your psyche. The course is run over 8 x 2 hour sessions, with each session including half practice of movement and meditation and half discussion around different topics related to the nature of the mind and being human.

The Feminine Embodiment Course is a programme I devised after working with hundreds of women and seeing the same patterns of low self worth, a struggle to allow time for self care and not acknowledging or voicing how they really feel. It looks at cultural reasons why women struggle with this and has an unashamedly spiritual and sacred centre. The course is run over 8 x 2 hour sessions, with time for meditation and discussion about different aspects of the feminine experience.

I run Women’s Circles for women who have taken part in either the Mindfulness Course or the Feminine Embodiment Course and want to continue their practice and support of each other.

I also work 1-1 with people using EFT, or emotional freedom technique, which taps on acupuncture points to help release unprocessed emotional charge within the body.
