Yoga classes are held throughout the week and are great for improving flexibility, increasing core strength and reducing stress levels. Pilates courses are held regularly and combine low-impact muscle strengthening exercises with relaxation and mindfulness. There are also a number of BodyBalance classes which are set to an inspirational soundtrack and embrace elements of both Yoga and Pilates along with Tai Chi.
The Club has heated indoor and outdoor (seasonally) pools, a steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi so that you can relax, unwind and indulge in a little ‘me time’.
