As lockdown continues, Mindful Isles is offering free Mindfulness Meditation sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays. The intention is to offer moments of gentleness and calm in what is a challenging time for so many of us, in so many different ways.
The sessions are offered via Zoom and are available to anyone. No prior experience of mindfulness meditation is required.
