About Kate

I am a qualified counsellor offering a safe and confidential space, free of judgement, in which to work therapeutically. Using empathy, warmth, realism, I will work in a way to meet your unique experiences. My aim is to provide support and care so you feel valued, listened to and understood.

My counselling journey has made me aware of how crucial talking therapy is as a part of every day self-care as well as essential in helping us experience good mental health. I began my career in teaching then worked for the Health and Social Services Department in supporting young families.

I completed Levels 2 and 3 in counselling studies then progressed to achieving a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
