Sadly we can’t cure cancer yet but we need to keep trying. We need to support those who have the knowledge and skills to make a difference to cancer treatment, and this is where Jumping in Puddles for Cancer comes in.
What can anyone do to help anyone with cancer?
We can offer our support emotionally. We can, if we’re able, offer our support financially. Most importantly, we can rally round and help them live the rest of their life to the fullest – and that can be a beautiful thing. Though sadly we can’t cure cancer yet, we also need to keep trying – aiming for a brighter future without this terrible disease.
We need to support those who have the knowledge and skills to make a difference to cancer treatment, and this is where PUDDLE JUMPING FOR CANCER was born.
HERE’S HOW WE’LL DO IT
It’s simple: we are going to raise a million pounds for cancer research, and we are going to do it by puddle jumping. So get those wellies on, jump in a puddle and share the love! Upload your pics or videos in support of your loved ones: those we’ve lost and those still fighting . All we ask is that you donate one pound for every jump.
You can jump in a puddle in your garden, your paddling pool, while out locally on your daily exercise or if you see the perfect puddle on your way to get essentials from the supermarket: you could even get creative and do your jump indoors – perhaps by recruiting your favourite teddy to jump into the sink on your behalf!
GET INVOLVED NOW!
1. Upload a picture of yourself jumping in a puddle.
2. Share it on social with the hashtag #JumpInForCancer.
