Isle Health is an Exercise Referral Company, led by Megan Seward and Jordon Fletcher. Megan is a Medical Exercise Referral Consultant and holds a number of qualifications to deliver safe and effective exercise and physical activity guidance to a wide range of people.
Isle Health offers a 12-week gym based program for clients that have medical barriers to exercise. Isle Health works on a referral basis through a GP or Medical Professional. On completion of the Isle Health program, clients will leave educated on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle in today’s society, inclusive of the three main pillars of health: Social, Emotional and Physical Health.
Isle Health aims to educate the clients they work with on how to improve their health, we hope to grow our company and support network so that we can help even more people in the community really get the most out of life!
Even if you have no specific medical need, we want everyone’s health to improve. So, providing you are fit to exercise, we are happy to work with you on a well-being basis!

The clue is in the name, but the details are as follows… anyone who wants to walk and up their step count turns up to the agreed location at 19:00 (details posted in advance on Facebook). The walk starts at 19:00 and we leave promptly, and walk for around 1 hour at a pace that is just quicker than a leisurely stroll.
The aim is to improve our health one step at a time.
Physical health by walking and moving
Social health by talking to new people (I get a lot of people struggle with this, which is partly why we started, everyone is friendly and you can talk to anyone)!
Emotional & Mental Health by talking to others, being outside and exercising even at a low intensity.
It’s a free event and was created with the idea that if you do not do any exercise by joining the crew you could do something, because something is certainly better than nothing and you should really make time to priorities yourself! You do not have to attend every week or register, you can come alone, with 1 person, 2, 3 or 10 if you wanted!
