Our Mission Statement

We know how upsetting it can be when someone you love is no longer well enough to remain in their own home. Highfield House Care Home is a home from home that provides all aspects of care for its residents. We have 24 nursing beds and 17 residential beds and we are an approved dementia specialist care home.

Our aim is to help older people live happier, healthier, more fulfilled lives and give peace of mind to their families who entrust us with their care.

Our intention at Highfield House Care Home is to provide an outstanding level of care for our residents, in a homely environment with excellent facilities.

We provide unrivalled standards of care and we are totally committed to our residents. With 30 staff, and capacity for 41 residents, every resident enjoys a relaxing home from home.

We have been commended by Guernsey’s Health and Social Services Department (HSSD. Why not read the inspection report (LINK TO LATEST REPORT) yourself? In the report residents said they could think of nothing they would change about our home, which is exactly what we are striving for.
