We offer life skills training sessions including:
– 1:1 sessions on how to manage your money – budgeting and some helpful advice on your finances.
– Cooking healthily on a budget, with a recipe of the month and basic ingredients to make it.
– Simple Sewing
– Craft
– Jobs noticeboard and help to do a CV and complete a job application.
These sessions are run on an “on demand” basis – please let us know if you are interested.
