Guernsey Relocation Services is headed by consultant Liesl Esterhuizen and provides an independent, personal, central point of contact, taking you throughout the entire process making it as easy as possible for you to move to Guernsey.
As an independent Guernsey-based relocation consultant, Liesl provides a broad range of services to support you not only during the investigation phase, but up until the day you arrive on the island and beyond. Having moved countries with her family a couple of times before, Liesl finally settled in Guernsey in 2010 and has been helping people relocate since 2011. Having a central point of contact, someone looking out for your best interests, who has done this themselves before, will save you money and time.
Whether you are coming to retire in Guernsey or moving here with your family, are a High-Net-Worth individual or are starting your first job, everyone will have to go through the same process, complete the same formalities in Guernsey and will face the same uncertainties. Whether you are renting a studio apartment or buying a new Open Market family home, Guernsey Relocation Services is for EVERYONE and tailor-made to suit your requirements and budget. Liesl is available to help with just one aspect of your relocation or deliver a complete A-Z service, depending on your needs.
What about costs?
When renting a home, the charge is based on time spent. You can engage my services for just a certain number of hours and we will focus on the most important aspects, or you can set a budget and I will do as much as possible in that time. You will be kept informed on the time spent on a regular basis so that you can stay in control of your expenses.
When buying a home, the fee is based on a % of the final purchasing price. This fee will include ALL the services and by negotiating on your behalf, I guarantee a cost saving much greater than my fee.
Take a look at my list of services and feel free to get in touch for a confidential discussion about your relocation to Guernsey. I’m always happy to help.
