201 Guernsey Squadron, Air Cadets is a uniformed youth organisation within the RAF.

It aims to inspire young people aged 12-18 to ‘Rise Above the Rest’ through activities based on ‘Venture and Adventure’.

The programme is varied and follows a Progressive Training Programme with qualifications and badges achieved at each stage.  Each stage of the DofE Award can be completed through the cadets.  Leadership is a fundamental part of this and we encourage cadets to become young leaders.

The focus is on aviation and cadets are encouraged to fly in Guernsey and with the RAF.

There is no commitment to a career in the Armed Services but the Air Cadets is an excellent start point for anyone interested in such a career.

Adult volunteers with particular interests in aviation are valued and invited to support the Squadron.
