Offering help and advice for heart patients and their families

It can come as a shock when someone is told they have a heart problem. That’s why we are here!

Meeting others who have similar problems can help people to deal with some of the feelings that arise as a result of having a heart problem.

We are a Registered Independent Charity affiliated with the British Heart Foundation.
Our aims are:

To support individuals with a heart condition.
To fundraise for the group if needed.
To develop activities for patients and relatives going through heart events.

The group usually meets on the third Tuesday of every month at La Nouvelle Maraitaine, Vale from 7pm. Please contact us or visit our Facebook page to find out when the next meeting is on.

Meetings are open to anyone affected by a heart condition. Family and friends are often in need of support and are very welcome to attend.

Meetings consist of a talk by a guest speaker followed by tea/coffee and the chance to speak to others in a similar situation.

We also offer a “Buddy system”. If you would like to speak to someone who has been for treatment or a procedure in the UK or Guernsey then why not get in contact. We can put you in contact with a “Buddy”.

If you would like to know more or get involved why not give us a call. We’d love to hear from you!
