Buses Guernsey has a modern fleet of buses which are operated by CT Plus, on behalf of the Committee for the Environment & Infrastructure.

Puffinpass cards are smart cards that can be used to travel on all Guernsey buses. They are available for students and for pre-paid travel.

Accessible buses

The low floor buses have a wheelchair ramp and a dedicated wheelchair space that can be used by nearly all wheelchair users. The driver will set the ramp to board and disembark. Please let the driver know if you then need additional help while using the ramp.

Arrangements can be made to test new or different wheelchairs for access to the buses by calling the customer services team.

The Accessibility Card

For those passengers who may require a little extra assistance we are pleased to offer an accessibility card.

Catering for a range of special requirements, these cards allow the holder to discretely and confidently advise the driver of the help they need, as they board.
