Megan teaches Yoga classes for all levels. Yoga is for any BODY, no matter your size, shape, ability, age…it really is a totally inclusive practice.
Megan teaches a variety of styles of class (more information contained on the website!) but loves to focus on the mental health benefits of Yoga, as well as the physical benefits. Yoga is a practice for both the mind and the body. All classes will include Pranayama (breath work), movement practices and Savasana (relaxation).
